4.2 Service Availability
We strive to maintain continuous availability of the platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
4.3 Service Modifications

7.3 Refunds

13.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your license to use the platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms of Use that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification obligations.
